Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee to fix a behaviour problem?
I will do everything I can to discover the root of any behaviour problem and offer advice and guidance to change the behaviour. However, not all problems can be fixed and some may only be resolved in ways that are not practical for you, your family and your home. I will always offer you options but cannot guarantee that all problems can be solved.
My problem is with a dog and a cat, can you help?
My experience is with cats alone, so if the problem you are having is with the cat's behaviour I can help. If you need help with your dog's behaviour then I would recommend you seek a clinical behaviourist with experience of dogs and cats. You can find them here.

I have two cats, do they both join Kitten/Senior Kitizen club ?
If you have two kittens or two golden oldies you only need to purchase one package. The knowledge you gain will be useful for any kitten or older cat. Each cat is an individual so they course will be tailored to include both your cats. You do have to do twice as much homework though!
Can I see you in person or are consultations always remote?
I am happy to travel to anywhere in West Yorkshire for a behaviour consultation or for a managing change consultation in person. If you live further away I may still be able to come to your house. Please let me know your postcode and I can calculate extra petrol costs. The Kitten club and Senior kitizen sessions are remote consultations because I also use videos to help show you about cat body language and how to health check your cat.
