Content means any text, graphics, audio and video and also extends to the page layouts of this website and any emails. Behavioural consultations are only available via veterinary referral. Your case can be discussed prior to referral with Kat-Zen, however your vet must complete the required paperwork (including a copy of full medical history) before the consultation takes place. This is important as behaviour changes can be linked to medical problems. In addition, we will also keep your vet informed of the treatment and progress. You will need to pay the fee prior to the referral and first consultation.

For all other bookings you will just need to complete payment. You can book an appointment time and can also change this provided you give 24 hours notice.

Should you decide to purchase a behaviour package from Kat-Zen through the booking system then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about purchasing you are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following the purchase. Should your behaviour package start within that 14 day period and you decide to cancel then you will be refunded, but the amount of any sessions or value received will be deducted from your refund. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.

Treatment is not a guarantee of success and modifying behaviour does not assure the problem behaviour will be successfully controlled. It is your responsibility to ensure safety of people and other animals with regards to your pet if they display aggressive behaviour.
